Rae A. Majors-Wildman
CEO/Business Strategist/Results Coach

Rae Majors-Wildman is known as the All the Way Success Coach because she literally will not stop until you go “all the way”. She works with highly motivated entrepreneurs who are looking to hyper-grow their business while creating a fulfilling and passionate life. Rae is an enthusiastic, energetic coach and trainer, with the ability to help people move quickly into their ideal life. She is known as the “velvet hammer” which simply means she will hit you over the head in a gentle way to get you the results you are after. Many years of experience as a Leadership Business Coach have given Rae the insight into the way people think, live and work, as well as the perception to determine the most effective way to assist them as they move toward becoming the person they are destined to be.

Ms. Majors-Wildman’s own story includes triumph over many difficulties, including domestic violence and low self-esteem. Although she had experience many tragedies, she did not let them become the excuse or story as to why she could not have an amazing life. Her commitment was to become an example to everyone she met as to the possibilities one could experience by truly believing in themselves and their greatness. She graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) in Counseling Psychology at 38 years old, and reinvented herself as a wildly successful entrepreneur…never looking back.

The most important thing in life to Rae is to encourage and inspire others to believe in themselves and to reach their full potential. Like her name – Rae– is the beacon of light for those who cross her path.

Donna Lange- Thomas

Donna provides coaching and training to individuals and families who want to develop tools, techniques, and strategies to support their journey of success.

For over 12 years, Donna has provided coaching, counseling, and training in areas ranging from business,  career, family, life transitions, parenting, and personal success. She has worked in corporate, government, non- profit, and private practice environments.

Donna’s approach is insightful, straightforward, and solution-focused. With a proven track record of impacting others in both tangible and intangible ways, she has built a successful referral-based business.

A native of Houston, Texas, Donna has been living in San Diego County for the past 10 years. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. Donna is certified as both a life coach and a business coach.

As a coach, Donna helps her clients focus on priorities, overcome roadblocks to success, and learn to accept, acknowledge, and managing themselves effectively. As a trainer, she is dynamic, effective, and brings joy and laughter to each event.

When asked what motivates her, Donna’s response is, "I feel successful if I've helped people develop the confidence and skills to achieve their goals and move their lives in a positive direction."

Pam Ross

Pam is an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC), life coach, business coach, leadership coach, certified integral coach, consultant and facilitator. She specializes in full life coaching ~ all aspects of your life ~ whatever the situation she can help you get yourself into action and grow!

As a coach, consultant, business manager and facilitator for over 20 years, she has helped individuals and small businesses meet their personal and strategic goals. A sampling of her clients range from realtors, computer software engineers, small manufacturers, and private investigators to name a few. Some of the topics she helped clients through are divorce transition, "empty nest", debt reduction/wealth building and work – life balance, relationship and self-esteem. Pam says “My passion in life is to help others reach their goals ~ whatever they may be.”

Ione Harris

Ione Harris is a Certified Business and Leadership coach with over 10,000 coaching hours and over 7 years of experience in helping business owners to achieve success in business as well as balance in their personal lives. Her commitment is to creatively help people grow their business, while keeping balance in other areas of their lives. She accomplishes this through working with her clients to focused on their goals, helping them to build incremental milestones to reach along the way. Putting a plan in place and holding them to is. The majority of Ione's clients when asked, why did you sign up for coaching, would answer to "hold me accountable". Holding clients accountable? Yes, but most people don't even know what that is. Getting to the "WHY" behind what they are doing or not doing for that matter is the key. We don't think a person can get to the why, until there is trust built, and a sense of transparency, and getting to the real issues of what's holding them back.

Ione has the ability to discern and intuitively ask empowering questions that leads people to their own conclusions which results in creating lasting change. Her passion is helping people to release the dreams that may have been buried or forgotten inside of them. Through utilizing a practical process, Ione will help you find the answers that already are locked inside of you, establish a plan to turn your dreams into goals to achieve. She will come along side of you and help you to overcome fears that may have previously set you back or prevented you from moving forward.
